Having worn many hats at Rainbow Factory over the years, Miss Skoog (She/Her) began her journey in Early Childhood Education at Rainbow Factory. Beginning as an Assistant Teacher, she moved into a role as Lead Teacher before accepting the role of Assistant Director two years ago. Prior to Rainbow Factory, she worked in the disability services field for a decade. It is her goal to facilitate a culture of autonomy and respect between students and staff to provide students with safe boundaries in order for them to be successful learners.
