Would you like a healthier relationship with food? You are invited to join others for a weekly conversation about the book Savor: Mindful Eating, Mindful Life by Thich Nhat Hanh and Dr. Lilian Cheung. Learning from the Buddhist tradition, we will get beyond shame and guilt and explore ways in which we can truly enjoy and savor food AND nurture a more healthy, mindful life.
The group will meet via zoom Thursday mornings from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. starting January 12 and concluding February 16th.
We encourage buying books from local book sellers like Urban Abbey. They can also be purchased used (recycled is good for the environment) online.
