DESCRIPTION:WONDER-ful Wednesday Activity:\nBook: God In Between by Sandy Eisenberg Sasso. We will wonder over where God is when we are nervous, scared, or have a big day ahead of us, much like Jesus did in the story leading up to Easter.\nActivity: If God is Love, we can ask where Love is in difficult times. Watching the end scenes from Wicked, we’ll work to identify where Love is – in between and among the difficulties of fear, frustration, and peril for both Elphaba and Glinda. Jesus too looked for God and Love in between being the Rabbi Friend of the people and knowing his days as a living breathing leader would soon end in death. In his fear in Gethsemane, he still loved his friends. To honor that model of Love in Between, we will write our own promise prayer to one another to empower and encourage one another – together – no matter what times come our way.\n
