This course is based on Insight Meditation Center’s seven-week Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation class.  It will be supplemented with written material, exercises, and reflections for bringing the practice of mindfulness into daily life.  There will be lessons sent out each week, including audio talks, reading material, questions/reflections to consider, daily reflections, and suggested exercises to experiment with during daily life.  The lessons will center around different aspects of Mindfulness:

Week 1: Mindfulness of Breath (Special time starting at 12:30 pm)
Week 2: Mindfulness of Body
Week 3: Mindfulness of Emotions
Week 4: Mindfulness of Thinking (Special time starting at 12:30 pm)
Week 5: Mindfulness of Mind
Week 6: Mindfulness in Daily Life
Week 7: End of Course Reflections (Special time starting at 12:30 pm)
